Production in perfection

Our sister company Weppler Filter produces nearly 1 billion high-precision automotive filters annually – and has been doing so for almost 90 years. As Weppler Technologies, we use this know-how for our customers in other demanding industries.

Customized manufacturing technology

We build almost 100% of our production plants ourselves. We therefore know exactly what is important in plant construction and, with this experience, are able to develop a manufacturing plant individually tailored to your product.

 

Innovative serial production

For cost-efficient and scalable series production, automation, robotics, artificial intelligence (AI) and process optimization are fixed components of our daily work. We also bring this experience to your production.

 

Our aspiration: 100% fault-free parts – and this in the high-precision sector. In order to maintain control over our manufacturing quality throughout the entire production process, all steps from metalworking in toolmaking to software development for plant engineering to quality control and logistics take place in-house.

Single piece & Small batch production

Small quantities can be realized in our small batch production or also as individual production. With our facilities in the Czech Republic and Morocco, we are very competitive even for labor-intensive manufacturing steps.

Mounting of assemblies

The manufacturing of complex assemblies or the mounting of parts with a higher vertical range of manufacture are also implemented by us with a lot of know-how.

Automation & Process optimization

The maximum automation of our production ensures that unit prices remain competitive, and the quality of the parts is permanently top level. Our experienced programmers and automation engineers therefore develop individual processes and equipment for each component.

Large scale production & Mass production

We have been familiar with large-scale production for decades. In 2014, we created space for many new manufacturing units as well as storage and logistics areas at our new, second production site in Oberursel. Scaling your production to industrial level is therefore possible at any time.

Testing & Quality assurance

Our long-standing cooperation with partners in the automotive industry testifies to our high quality standards and enormous product safety. Testing, quality assurance and final acceptance always take place at the highest level. All automatic testing systems are developed in-house, as this is the only way we can guarantee our customers the accustomed top level.
