Prototyping

Prototyping with custom-made tools is an essential step in all development projects. With a precisely manufactured prototype, you make your idea “tangible”. This makes it much easier for you to convince investors of the merits of your project, and undesirable developments can be identified and avoided at an early stage. For a particularly fast and cost-efficient prototype construction, we use, among other things, 3D printing.

Piloting

To test economic viability and market potential, we may launch a pilot project. This is accompanied in a structured manner in order to be able to gain practical insights for further product development from the results.

Rapid Tooling

We can manufacture the metal tools required for your product with the highest precision in our in-house toolmaking shop. Through eroding and precision grinding, even very complex geometries are possible with an accuracy of 1/1000th of a mm – that is toolmaking in perfection. When things need to be done particularly quickly or when designs need to be validated, we also use 3D printers for toolmaking.

Is your product ready for the market and should it now be manufactured in series? To ensure that you can start production with ease, we use all our experience to take care of production planning, plant design and the entire production preparation.
