Idea generation

Everything starts with the development of one or more ideas: As sketches, in a joint design workshop or in a brainstorming session, we generate different approaches and select the most promising one for the following steps. If the specifications are already known, we are happy to work with these as well.

In this step we find the perfect shape and materials for the planned functions and check them for their technical and economic feasibility.

Manufacturing concept

As a precision manufacturer with almost 90 years of experience, we know what is important when products are to be manufactured very efficiently in a serial (mass) production. We know the technical opportunities, but also the limits. In the manufacturing concept, we define, amongst other things

Feasibility study

With their technical, theoretical and practical know-how, our engineers, designers and technicians assess in a feasibility study under which conditions your product idea can be manufactured in a serial production. This feasibility study particularly considers organizational, business management, technical and scheduling issues.

Product validation & Proof of concept

In order to protect your investments and prevent expensive misinvestments, we will constantly question, change and validate the product and, if necessary, its corresponding business model. This way, it quickly becomes clear whether it actually has a future, and which are potential pitfalls. If the idea is ultimately feasible, the proof of concept will give you the go-ahead for further development steps.
